The Hill and Dale Garden Club designed and installed 3 perennial gardens at the Herbert T Clark Congregate Housing in 1993 and continue to maintain them to this day. In addition, we have donated trees, benches, planters as well as being responsible for installation of an irrigation system. The Herbert T. Clark House provides 45 apartments and congregate care for senior citizens needing assistance.
