Community Projects - Herbert T. Clark Gardens
The Hill and Dale Garden Club designed and installed 3 perennial gardens at the Herbert T. Clark Congregate House in 1993 and continue to maintain them to this day. In addition, we have donated trees, benches, planters as well as being responsible for the installation of an irrigation system. We also assist the residents in making holiday centerpieces and planting flower boxes
